GRATA International will hold an online conference on Corporate law

Corporate and M&A practice at GRATA International is one the largest practices in CIS region. Our lawyers and experts have extensive experience in this practice. The key point in establishing business has various questions related to corporate law. Our corporate and M&A practice provides comprehensive support for business activities, including advising on M&A transactions, and advising on corporate governance, corporate secretary services. In this regard, we are pleased to announce that on February 28^th, 2023, we will hold an online conference on Corporate governance and M&A in the countries of GRATA's presence: Belarus, Georgia, Mongolia, Russia, Uzbekistan.

The conference will be held in an online format in two panel sessions: 

The moderator of the first session will be Vyacheslav Khorovskiy, Managing Partner at GRATA Moscow. The following offices will speak at the first session: Belarus, Russia (Moscow, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, St.Petersburg), Uzbekistan. 

The moderator of the second session will be Sofia Roinishvili, Partner at GRATA Georgia. The following offices will speak at the second session: Georgia, Mongolia. 

The language of the conference is Russian and English.
