GRATA International Partner spoke in the expert discussion on Application of AIFC Law in Kazakhstan

Partner and Director of regional development at GRATA International Liya Akzhanova spoke in the expert discussion “Application of AIFC Law in Kazakhstan: Expectations and Reality”. The event took place on May 2 and was organized by Legal Consulting Community and MG Partners.

Ms. Akzhanova spoke in the session devoted to “Authorization and registration of companies: problems of application of procedures” with the topic of redomiciliation in AIFC.

The discussion was joined by representatives of law firms, AIFC, Maqsut Narikbayev University and Atameken. Other sessions of the event were devoted to labor law issues in AIFC in Kazakhstan and judicial and arbitration practice in AIFC.
