GRATA International St. Petersburg is a partner of the VII All-Russian Forum on Alternative Dispute Resolution

​On October 18, the VII All-Russian Forum on Alternative Dispute Resolution was held, dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Professor V.A. Musin, where GRATA International St. Petersburg acted as a partner.

The event included a presentation of the third, supplemented and revised edition of the textbook "International Commercial Arbitration", which was published with the support of GRATA International St. Petersburg.

The forum became a platform for discussing current issues of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration and other forms of pre-trial conflict resolution. Forum participants exchanged experiences, discussed new approaches and technologies in the field of ADR, and also considered the problems and prospects for the further development of this important area of law.

During the forum, the participants honored the memory of Professor V.A. Musin and expressed gratitude for his contribution to the development of legal science.
