GRATA International St. Petersburg will act as a partner of the VII All-Russian Forum on Alternative Dispute Resolution

On October 18, 2024, the 7th All-Russian Forum on Alternative Dispute Resolution "Development of a pro-arbitration approach and a culture of reconciliation in the Russian Federation. Current issues of investment, international, commercial and domestic arbitration will be held at St. Petersburg State University.

Traditionally, the topics of the speeches will be issues of development and improvement of the practice of alternative dispute resolution, including issues of choosing the optimal arbitration forum, changes to the arbitration agreement in international contracts, issues of conflict of interest in international commercial arbitration and others.

The VII Forum will feature a presentation of the third, supplemented and revised edition of the textbook “International Commercial Arbitration”, which will be published with the support of Grata International Saint Petersburg.
