Lizaveta Tsianiuta, Junior Lawyer of GRATA International, Belarus made a presentation on the issue of recovery of interest for the use of alienated funds, having told about:

- how to determine the period and correctly calculate interest for the use of funds;

- whether it is possible to recover interest for the use of funds in case when buyer delays 100% prepayment for the goods;

- nuances of calculating interest for the use of funds in case of arrears: an overview of situations;

- what is the procedure for calculating the debt increased by inflation in accordance with par.2 of art. 366 of the Civil Code;

- whether it is possible to reduce interest for the use of funds in court.
