Eka focuses her practice on a real estate, corporate law, contract law, privatization and employment laws, including establishment of the new legal entities and preparation of corporate documents, management decisions, internal employment regulations and contracts. As well as pre-litigation counseling and litigation.
Representative Matters
Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Eka has worked as a lawyer at the National Agency of State Property. She was assigned to work on important investment projects in Georgia's recreational areas. She was in charge of preparing draft ordinances for submission to the Georgian government, and monitoring project implementation. Her area of competence also included preparing for the privatization of state property through auction or direct sale.
Eka’s practice also includes advising on real estate and business registration. She served as a senior lawyer at National Agency of Public registry of Georgia, focusing on examining the legality of decisions made by the registering authority and the legislative process.
Eka’s practice includes advising clients on establishment of companies, including preparation of a founding documentation and representation of a client in the Entrepreneurial and Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entities Registry.
Representation of the clients in labor, medical, bankruptcy, trademark, corporate and administrative disputes.
